<h2>Refund Policy</h2>
<p>We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.</p>
<p>To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.</p>
<p>To start a return, contact us at vcole.heynugget@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to: PO Box 2091, Brewton AL 36427. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.</p>
<p>If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.</p>
<h3>Damages and issues</h3>
<p>Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can make it right.</p>
<h3>Non-returnable items</h3>
<p>We can’t accept returns on perishable goods, personalized or custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.</p>
<h3>Exchanges</h3>
<p>The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a separate purchase for the new one once the return is accepted.</p>
<h3>EU 14-day cooling off period</h3>
<p>If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.</p>
<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days — note your bank or card company may take additional time to post it.</p>
